Berry Salad
-I love going to Cafe Zupas and getting a Berry Salad when ever I can, but since that isn’t as much as I would like I decided to create my own version at home. I think it turned out pretty close. Hope you enjoy! Berry Salad

High in Vitamin C and B6
Ingredients:
Salad:
1 16oz sliced strawberries
1 head of lettuce (red, green, or romaine)
1 peeled and sliced jicama
Dressing: (This makes a lot of dressing)
1 cup sugar
2 t. salt
2 t. dry mustard
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
3 T. onion
2 cup canola oil
3 T. poppy seeds
Directions: 1. For dressing mix all ingredients in a blender except poppy seeds. Pour into mason jar add poppy seeds and shake until incorporated. 2. For Salad wash and chop all items and put into a bowl. Dressing can be added to the whole salad and divided or individually when eaten.
