Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the ground oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and cinnamon
In another bowl, add bananas, vanilla, applesauce, maple syrup, and yogurt.
Pour wet ingredients in to bowl of dry ingredients and mix just until combined
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and then enjoy.
