Banana Bread Oat Cake

This recipe is a perfect treat with banana and chocolate chips together

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cup rolled oats finely ground in a blender to a flour
  • 2 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 bananas mashed
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the ground oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and cinnamon
  • In another bowl, add bananas, vanilla, applesauce, maple syrup, and yogurt.
  • Pour wet ingredients in to bowl of dry ingredients and mix just until combined
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and then enjoy.
